Packaging Instructions:

• Please ensure that the broken glass is securely packaged to prevent further damage during transit. Please use packaging material, cushioning material, or soft cloth for protection.
• Additionally, place the wrapped glass in a box, can, or case to minimize the risk of external impact or stress during transportation.
  • If you have the original packaging box from your purchase, please use it.
• For earrings or ear studs, send both the intact and broken pieces to balance the set.
  • Be sure to include the broken parts.

※The duration of our custody is approximately one month.

※If there are extended periods of closure, it may take up to one and a half months.

※For earrings or ear studs with damage on both sides, repair costs will apply for both pieces.
